There are a lot of details to be handled when purchasing a home.
As your Realtor, I will:
- Educate you with the whole buying process
- Consult and analyze your specific needs and wishes.
- Conduct a lifestyle interview with you, mark down your home wish list and help you decide the neighborhood of your dreams
- Refer you to knowlegeable lenders who can get you pre-approval
- Keeping you informed when new listing on the market
- Select and view properties with you
- Provide updated market and neighborhood analysis report for your evaluation
- Help you write an offer to purchase
- Negotiate the price and terms with the seller and the listing agent
- Attend your inspection
- Follow up with your closing agent and lenders to make sure all the deadlines are met
- Communicate with you with all the status of the process
- Make sure the whole buying process is smooth
My service is typically available at no cost to you when you work with me in buying your home. My fee is paid from the seller's proceed. Please feel free to contact me if you have any question.
